PLANNING BOARD REVIEW

On October 8, the Planning Board met to review the final drafts of the land use code and zoning map. At this hearing, the Board unanimously recommended the final drafts to the City Council for adoption. These drafts respond to nearly one thousand individual comments received over the course of this year, and the scores of public comment since the ReCode process began in earnest.

COUNCIL ADOPTION

The City Council held two workshop on the final ReCode drafts, one on Monday, September 30 and one on Monday, October 28. On Monday, November 4, the Council voted unanimously to adopt ReCode with several amendments. View the final City Council materials, including the amendments, here. The code will go into effect on December 4.
